Aram’s intense commitment to growth and development began and flourished as an Area Director with a national Human Resources recruiting firm. He diligently trained and developed his team, managing several individual top producers as well as guiding notable branch expansion. In addition, Aram designed, developed, and implemented a business plan that led to the successful launch of a recognized national HR recruiting team.

Aram holds a Bachelors’ of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
