Vice President, Executive Search

Tom McGee is Vice President of Lucas Group's Search Division and has been with the company for more than 20 years.

He began his career with Lucas Group as a recruiter and over the years has managed hundreds of recruiters in several industries, providing him the opportunity to experience all facets of the recruiting industry. He now manages the entire Search division, which consists of 12 practice industry groups, nine locations nationwide, two offices in Germany, and more than 150 recruiters.

Vice President, Legal Division

Tom Williamson is Vice President of Lucas Group - Legal Search. Prior to joining Lucas Group, Tom was a principal of The Williamson Group, a leading legal search firm in Washington, D.C., where he was head of the firm's merger and practice group division. The Williamson Group merged with Lucas Group in February 2005. Tom works with law firms nationally in connection with partner and practice group placements and mergers. Many of his engagements are on a retained basis. Tom has been involved in some of Washington, D.C.'s largest practice group transactions and law firm mergers.

Tom was previously a founding partner, president and chief operating officer of The JHM Group, an affiliate of the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company that specialized in creating and managing asset-based securities. He practiced law in the areas of real estate securities and finance from 1978 to 1988. Tom received his B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University and J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.

Vice President, Military Division

Bryan Zawikowski is Vice President of Lucas Group’s Military Division.

Bryan Zawikowski joined Lucas Group in 1994 as an Account Executive in the Irvine, CA office after two years as a successful outside sales representative for Hilti, Inc. Prior to Hilti, Bryan served in the U.S. Air Force as an ICBM Operations and Standardization Evaluation Officer.

He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the U.S. Air Force Academy where he graduated in the top 15% of his class and earned honors as the top graduate in Chemistry, in addition to being selected as an All-American Collegiate Boxer in 1989. In 1992, while on active duty in the Air Force, he earned a Masters in Aeronautical Sciences (with an emphasis in Business) from Embry-Riddle University.
