Lucas Group Names Daniel Ladrech Managing Partner for Manufacturing Group
Will Lead Manufacturing and Supply Chain Recruiting in Western U.S.
Atlanta, GA – April 12, 2012 – Lucas Group, North America’s premier executive search firm, announces the appointment of Dan Ladrech as the new Managing Partner for the Manufacturing Practice Group. Ladrech comes to Lucas Group from F-O-R-T-U-N-E Personnel Consultants (FPC) where he was Vice President and Managing Partner with a particular focus on quality and operational excellence recruiting in California and throughout the country.

At FPC, Ladrech led the company’s efforts in systems and personnel management, training, and business development. He specialized in recruiting Quality, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Engineering professionals, a practice he will continue at Lucas Group. Ladrech received a number of prestigious awards at FPC, including Top Producer, Rookie of the Year, and membership in the FPC Million Dollar Club. He was the only consultant promoted to become one of the company’s managing partners in 2002. Prior to FPC, Ladrech was a Senior Buyer for Solectron Corporation, a global provider of electronic manufacturing services and integrated supply chain solutions. Ladrech served in the United States Marine Corp for six years as a Captain and Artillery Officer.
