At these no-obligation, zero risk conferences, companies have the opportunity to meet pre-qualified and pre-screened candidates of outstanding ability. Sixty to ninety attendees are chosen from hundreds of candidates to create a diverse pool of select talent including strong leaders, engineers, technicians, logisticians, maintenance managers and others. Many of the candidates have solid technical backgrounds appropriate for positions in engineering, maintenance, production, field service, operations and sales.
