Ansley is a tenured member of Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office and an Executive Senior Partner with the legal division of Professional Search, North America.
Committing to recruiting early in her career, Ansley brings over ten years of recruiting experience to the table, eight of which have been in the legal industry. She splits her time consulting with law firms and corporations.
Ansley partners with firms from the Am Law 50 to regional boutiques to help them find the best solutions for their hiring needs. Ansley has successfully recruited associates, partners, counsel and groups from a variety of different practice areas. Having deep knowledge of the legal industry, she is also involved with law firm mergers and acquisitions.
Ansley has executed a number of General Counsel searches as well as other important corporate counsel hires. Her corporate clients range from early stage to mid-market and Fortune 500 companies. She has partnered with public and private companies and her contacts span across a variety of sectors including technology, food and beverage, asset management, consulting, insurance, healthcare, private equity, and non-profit. She has helped numerous attorneys make the transition in-house from private practice and acts as a true consultant to her candidates and clients.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ansley was a legal recruiter with a Forbes ranked national firm.
Ansley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
