A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and an ICBM Operations and Standardization Evaluation Officer, Bryan’s expertise is a direct result of his own military experience, his enthusiastic hard-work, and his relentless commitment to understanding and fulfilling the needs of his candidates and his clients. Bryan joined Lucas Group in 1994 as an Account Executive in the Military Transition Division and quickly established himself as an ongoing top-performer.

Bryan’s focused dedication to delivering superior results enabled him to place more than 850 qualified candidates while serving as a Senior Recruiter, Senior Partner, and Executive Senior Partner. Consistently ranked in the top 10 percent of all recruiters at Lucas Group, Bryan was promoted to General Manager of the Military Transition Division in 2001 and to Vice President in 2006.

Bryan holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he graduated in the top fifteen percent of his class and earned honors as the top graduate in Chemistry, in addition to being selected as an All-American Collegiate Boxer in 1989. In 1992, while on active duty in the Air Force, he earned a Masters in Aeronautical Sciences with an emphasis on Business from Embry-Riddle University.
