After spending several years working in all areas of the acquisition process for the Navy and the Marine Corps, Laura entered the military recruiting industry in 2011. As a Senior Partner in the Military Transition division at Lucas Group, she strives to help ease the civilian life transition for military officers and veterans by placing them in well-matched positions in a variety of industries. Laura’s professional experience, combined with her personal connection to the military, gives her an insightful perspective for both candidates and clients.
