An effective communicator and impactful team builder, Lindsey Webb enjoys connecting with clients and candidates to learn what makes them tick and what motivates them. Lindsey came to Lucas Group in 2016 as a Senior Executive Search Consultant in the Information Technology practice group. Working with mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations, Lindsey sources leading IT talent to fill a wide variety of positions throughout the Houston metro area. By solving complex problems for both her clients and candidates, she is able to make a positive impact in people’s lives as well as within companies. Intuitive and caring, Lindsey is also always willing to challenge the status quo in order to achieve an optimal result for all parties.
Prior to moving back to Houston and joining Lucas Group, Lindsey managed the Consultant Division of a leading financial services recruiting firm in New York City. While there, she and her team placed consultants in investment banks, hedge funds and broker-dealer firms in the tri-state area. Within six months of beginning her recruiting career, she was promoted to a trainer role, in which she mentored and managed junior recruiters. In less than three years, she was named Vice President and took on the role of managing the Consultant Placement Division. Before her time in New York, Lindsey sold residential real estate in Houston, and her work with home buyers and sellers earned her a spot in the Million Dollar a Month Club on multiple occasions. Her diverse background, sales experience and recruiting skills are a winning combination to lay the foundation of her success at Lucas Group.
A trained opera singer who has performed in several leading operatic roles, Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Abilene Christian University. Happy to be back in her home state of Texas, she enjoys cooking, exploring Houston, trying new restaurants and traveling.
