Meet Our Team

Michelle Culp joined Lucas Group in 2021 as National Director of Healthcare IT. She brings 25+ years of staffing experience. Prior to Lucas Group she worked as an Executive Client Partner for a small boutique life science staffing firm, The Evanston Group. She then spent more than eleven of those years as Group Vice President at Kforce Healthcare, Inc. / Himagine Solutions.  During her tenure, she trained and developed a new team to focus on Health Information Management staffing and was key in growing healthcare revenues from $17M to over $100M with acute care facilities and large physician practices.    

Michelle brings a passion for hiring top talent for her clients and ensuring she provides them with the training and tools necessary to be highly successful and achieve their career aspirations. She is dedicated to understanding exactly what task is at hand and delivering excellence.  

Michelle currently lives in Denver, grew up on a large farm in Indiana and has two Persians named Cash and Cane. Outside of work you can catch her snowboarding those Denver mountains.
