Patrick Smith started as Managing Partner in the Information Technology Division in 2019. He brings an abundance of critical thinking and problem solving to ensure he reaches the needs of his candidates and clients. As Managing Partner he coaches through his actions and acting as a mentor to this colleagues.
Prior to Lucas Group, Patrick started as a recruiter and quickly advanced to sales before being trusted to build out a national recruiting practice. This eventually led to running a national IT Executive Search practice. Patrick left the Air Force unsure on what direction his career would lead to but quickly found his passion once introduced to recruiting through a friend. This career choice has allowed him to meet with and benefit many clients and candidates with different backgrounds and varying needs.
Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Arizona. When he his not working he enjoys hanging out at the lake, hiking and spending quality time with his wife and three kids.
