A driven self-starter with natural curiosity, Tracey Dural consistently asks pertinent questions in order to address her clients’ hiring needs while helping her candidates take their careers to the next level.
In 2018, Tracey joined the Lucas Group team in the Houston Information Technology branch. As an Executive Search Consultant, she works with leading IT talent throughout Houston and the area’s top employers to form synergistic partnerships. She enjoys having the ability to make a positive impact on someone’s life or business while also creating a life for herself. Tracey hit the ground running, quickly making an impact at Lucas Group and proving her immense value to her team as she had her first placement within just three months.
Prior to joining Lucas Group, Tracey spent three years as a Branch Manager and one year as a Sales Consultant for Enterprise Rent-a-Car. As Branch Manager, she was responsible for her sales as well as the overall sales for her entire team. Her consultative approach to sales led corporate accounts to not only choose Enterprise for their rental needs, but to also choose Tracey’s specific branch. She used the same consultative approach with her team in order to learn their motivators to drive them to success. As an executive recruiter, Tracey leverages her experience on both sides of the business to make long-term, mutually-beneficial placements for her clients and candidates.
Originally from Louisiana, Tracey enjoys reading and spending time with her pug and is involved with the United Way and the Houston Food Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Houston – Downtown.
