Tracy joined Lucas Group in 2012 after spending eight years as an independent marketing consultant, guiding companies to implement strategic direction and best practices. As a Senior Partner in the Sales and Marketing Division at Lucas Group, Tracy works to place marketing specialties from Managers to Chief Marketing Officers in all marketing disciplines including Sales, Digital, Social, Direct, Creative and Management. Matching skill sets to company needs and objectives, Tracy’s focus is on building relationships and delivering transcendent talent with speed and accuracy.
Tracy’s recruiting technique and tools set her apart as she is collaborative and diligent in finding the right person for a position, whether or not the perfect fit is always one of her candidates. She strives to maintain relationships with her candidates beyond placements, as there may be an opportunity to work with them in the future. Realizing the time and effort candidates put into the recruiting process, Tracy enjoys introducing them to new relationships to ultimately become part of a professional family. Her consultative approach to recruiting helps her make long-term, successful placements for her clients and candidates.
While candidate and client connections are valuable to Tracy, her most important relationships are her family as she enjoys playing the role of “Mom” when she is not recruiting. Tracy has a Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University.
