Prior to Lucas Group, Will recruited IT professionals for top-tier banks in London, England, before spending four years recruiting for Fortune 500 corporations at Robert Walters in Seoul, South Korea. Promoted after his first year recruiting in London, Will continued his success while at Robert Walters, where he helped the company to grow its client base after opening the Seoul office, bringing in some of the largest accounts including Microsoft, McDonalds, Nestle, L’Oreal and eventually leaving the company as the top Accounting & Finance biller.
Will joined Lucas Group in 2014 and quickly made a notable mark on the firm, being named a Top 50 biller company-wide and promoted to Senior Partner during his first full year with the company. In his role, Will sources high-caliber Accounting & Finance talent for mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. By being authentic, sincere and rigorous in representing both the client’s and the candidate’s best interests, he forms solid relationships that last beyond a single placement and often throughout entire careers.
With a keen ability to attentively listen to his clients and candidates, Will focuses on truly “hearing” what they have to say before responding accordingly. His ultimate goal is to ascertain if he can effectively help any given candidate or client, and if so, ensure he makes strategic matches that lead to long-term success for all parties. Thriving on competition and challenges, Will enjoys the dynamic nature of recruiting and consistently delivers high standards within short timeframes.
Will enjoys traveling extensively with his wife as well as watching live sports games and playing golf. He holds a BSc in Geography (International Relations minor course) from King’s College London and also completed the first of graduate Laws LLB degree before deciding to focus on recruiting.
