Known for her honesty and transparency, Alyssa Croucher always sets realistic expectations in her recruiting practice and is not afraid to have difficult conversations. This trait allows her to build strong connections with her Clients and Candidates and make strategic placements that improve businesses and advance careers.

Alyssa joined Lucas Group in 2016 as a Senior Partner in the Accounting & Finance Contract Solutions practice. In her role, she manages a growing team of recruiters while also running a full desk, sourcing leading Accounting & Finance talent for interim, short-term and temporary-to-permanent positions. With a focus on New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, Alyssa enjoys helping Clients determine what they need from Candidates, while being able to assist Candidates in furthering their careers.

Prior to Lucas Group, Alyssa spent five years with Robert Half. For the first three years of her tenure there, she worked as a Division Director for the OfficeTeam Group in Rutherford, NJ, and for the remaining two years recruited full-time accounting and finance consultants for the Salaried Professionals Program in Jersey City, NJ. Upon beginning her career in recruiting in 2011, Alyssa had the opportunity to work on a large-scale project, recruiting roughly 200 temporary employees within a short turnaround window. Her team was able to deliver, and her recruiting career began to thrive. Since that time, Alyssa has used her experience and knowledge of the industry to build an incredible reputation for making successful placements for a wide variety of mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations.

An avid at-home chef, Alyssa enjoys cooking and attending culinary classes as well as biking and snowboarding. Alyssa holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Buffalo.
