Often times, some of the top professionals in the field are in jobs where they are complacent. Bridgette Dorsel’s goal in her recruiting practice is to help lead individuals to better opportunities where they can thrive both professionally and personally.
Bridgette came to Lucas Group in 2016 as a Senior Executive Search Consultant in the Human Resources practice group. Working with mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations as well as the HR industry’s leading talent, she enjoys making strategic matches to benefit people’s lives and businesses. With a focus on Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, Bridgette works to find ideal candidates based on skill sets but also personality and cultural fit.
Bridgette began her career as a health care clinician and later decided to use her skills and knowledge in a more sales-oriented role. She transitioned to ProLink Healthcare, where she recruited primarily physical and occupational therapists. Bridgette was soon promoted to Account Manager, where she was responsible for starting a new division, specializing in recruiting clerical positions including medical billers and coders. In this role, she handled business development and managed a team of recruiters. In less than two years, Bridgette was able to promote two of her recruiters to Account Manager roles and grew the division enough to split it into two territories. Her knowledge of the recruiting space as well as her driven, motivated personality laid the groundwork for a successful career at Lucas Group.
Competitive by nature, Bridgette channels her enthusiasm into cheering for the Cincinnati Bengals and Kentucky Wildcats; she also enjoys trying new restaurants, boating and traveling. Bridgette holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University.
