Cliff came to Lucas Group in 2015 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Sales & Marketing division, sourcing exceptional talent for leading employers throughout California and nationwide. With a keen sense of personality and culture, he matches individuals to companies based on more than just job descriptions and resumes. With a long-term approach to his recruiting practice, Cliff maintains continuous contact with his clients and candidates beyond the initial placement to see how the relationship develops months and years down the road. His goal is to match great people with great companies and assist both parties in determining what is best for them personally, professionally and financially.
Cliff began his recruiting career with Wireless Lifestyle, the largest dealer of Sprint products, training and recruiting employees for more than 65 stores throughout newly-opened California stores. The first full-time recruiter for the company, he assisted with the takeover and staffing of an additional 42 dealer locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Idaho. Prior to Wireless Lifestyle, Cliff opened a new location for McAlister’s Deli in Lawrence, Kansas, recruiting, interviewing and training more than 100 employees.
A Kansas native, Cliff says the best barbecue in California can be found at his house on Sundays. He holds a B.S. in Management with a Dual Emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Human Resources with a Minor in Spanish from Kansas State University; he also has a Certificate in International Business.
