Cole Mulkey strives to understand his clients’ and candidates’ goals and objectives in order to expertly match them together, yielding long-term success for all parties.
After college, Cole’s career began in recruiting with Robert Half. He started on the contract side of IT recruiting, later moving into full-desk recruiting and permanent hires. While there, Cole was promoted from Technical Recruiter to Senior Account Manager. After three years, he transitioned to Lucas Group in 2018 as a Senior Executive Search Consultant.
In his role at Lucas Group, Cole works with leading employers and the industry’s top sales & marketing talent throughout the Atlanta area. With a focus on technology sales including hardware and software, he identifies ideal candidates for each of his clients’ opportunities. His entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive help to ensure he makes strategic, career-changing recommendations that help elevate his clients’ businesses. A dedicated client and candidate consultant, he is focused on digging to the root cause of organizational needs and uncovering talent who can create revolutionary changes.
Outside of the office, Cole spends time with his dog as well as enjoys working out at Orangetheory, tending to his garden and trying new bars and restaurants. He holds a B.S. in Management from Clemson University.
