Daniel worked six years for Lucas Group in their Military Transition Division, thoughtfully and successfully finding military veterans for West Coast companies and the overlap between the military and manufacturing is considerable. His experience with Fortune 100 to mid-sized companies translates perfectly into the manufacturing industry. Further, his relentless focus on outstanding customer service distinguishes him from the competition. From logistics and Six Sigma to manufacturing operations and senior management, Dan’s mission is to help his clients find intelligent, effective leadership and management teams that drive financial and operational success.

Prior to joining Lucas Group in 2006, Daniel served as a successful outside sales leader in the scientific industry, honing his ability to connect clients with the resources to help them grow and expand their businesses.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, has pushed himself professionally and physically to become the very best at what he pursues. A collegiate All-American swimmer, Daniel continues to train regularly with U.S. Masters Swimming, a national organization that provides structured swimming workouts, competitions, clinics, and workshops. When on dry land, Daniel enjoys Tai Kwon Do and spending time with his wife and toddler son. Daniel is a graduate of the U.S Naval Academy and holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering.
