Drew came to Lucas Group in 2017 and was quickly promoted from Senior Executive Search Consultant to Senior Partner, demonstrating his immense value to the team. During his first year, he surpassed all of his goals and expectations, earning both President’s Club and Sterling Club, which recognize the top recruiters in the company. In his role, Drew is always looking to connect with top-tier professionals in the Finance, Accounting, and M&A world, as well as with companies looking to land the best talent the market has to offer. Working on behalf of leading clients who are looking to source ideal candidates that they cannot find on their own, Drew fills complex, challenging and confidential openings or upgrades of current talent.
Consultative with his approach to recruiting, Drew finds his clients the talent they need using his background to dig in technically on the front end. He only submits candidates who can realistically land the position, while being as quick and thorough as possible. Prior to Lucas Group, Drew spent two-and-a-half years with Parker & Lynch in accounting & finance executive search after spending just under four years in public accounting as an auditor with Carr Riggs & Ingram. His experience in the industry along with his consistent track record of success in recruiting allow him to continue to excel in his career as an executive recruiter.
In his free time, Drew enjoys hiking with his dog, playing tennis and attending any professional Atlanta sporting events. He holds a bachelor’s in accounting and a master’s in accounting from Georgia Southern University, where he was an active member of Pi Kappa Alpha and Beta Alpha Psi.
