Erik Kessinger is a Branch Practice Manager with Lucas Group’s Atlanta office. He has built a thirteen (13) year track record of success in the recruiting/executive search industry.

With an emphasis that crosses the entire spectrum of manufacturing operations, logistics/supply chain, engineering/research and development, Erik has established a tremendous network of first-rate candidates. Erik specializes in the strategic placement of middle-management to C-level professionals across all disciplines. Disciplines include consumer products, medical device, high-tech/electronics and heavy industrial manufacturing companies.

Erik’s clients range from private equity firms to growth-oriented public and privately held manufacturers across all industries. Erik has conducted various searches for a wide range of companies including J.H. Whitney, Tactronics, Swedish Match, Baxa, Altra Industrial Motion, Alpha Security Products, Niles Audio, Checkpoint Systems, Eton, Scott Fetzer Company wholly owned by Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. and many more.

After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Erik began his career in the insurance field negotiating settlements and handling heavy litigation of high exposure commercial claims. He then began recruiting engineering and manufacturing talent for more than five years prior to joining the Lucas Group.
