Jenna Quirino tackles her career in recruiting by following this principle by Robert Louis Stevenson, “Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.”
An accomplished leader skilled in business development and strategic sourcing, Jenna focuses on building strong connections that last beyond a single placement.
Jenna joined Lucas Group in 2019 as a Contract Branch Manager in the Human Resources practice group. In her role, she focuses on sourcing leading HR talent for a wide range of contract positions within mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations while leading a growing team of recruiters. Always one to thrive in a fast-paced environment, Jenna challenges herself to always go the extra mile and to set high expectations for her peers and team to follow and learn from. Above all, she actively engages in and believes in being a leader who “leads by example.”
Prior to Lucas Group, Jenna spent four years with Link Staffing Services where she supported, mentored and led two branch location teams to effectively drive consistent growth by delivering a first-class customer service experience to her clients and employees. Under her leadership, her office was awarded Company Office of the Year as well as was recognized for highest revenue dollar increase and highest gross profit dollars. Before she was recruited into the staffing industry, Jenna spent time as a CAD designer and was also Director of Restore Operations for Habitat for Humanity. Jenna’s background together with her tenacity and determination allow her to thrive in her career in executive recruiting.
With six children, Jenna stays busy with their schedules and activities as well as volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She holds an associate of arts in engineering design and technology from Lonestar College.
