A Business Development Manager with a 20-year career history working in the staffing and recruiting industry, Kim is focused on providing clients with consultants for accounting, finance, tax, audit and internal controls positions. With strong skills in building relationships and the ability to maintain a robust network of qualified professionals, Kim works to create and grow contract teams for clients of all sizes throughout the Houston metro area. Kim joined Lucas Group in 2017 in the Accounting & Finance practice group, specializing in contract solutions. Working with mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations, she enjoys making a difference in someone’s life by finding them a better career opportunity. Her genuine desire to help both her clients and candidates improve their businesses and careers ensures she make strategic matches that benefit all parties.
Before Lucas Group, Kim spent the last 15 years of her career assisting companies that were struggling or wanting to grow their contract division find the accounting & finance professionals they needed. She previously worked for three startup companies and grew their businesses to $1M teams. Throughout her career, Kim has won numerous sales awards and sales trips and has been the top sales person in almost every company in which she has worked.
Kim spends her free time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She also enjoys playing pool and has been in multiple city tournaments. Kim studied Business Management at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas.
