In 2017, Marc joined Lucas Group as a Managing Partner, leading a group of talented recruiters while also running a full desk. An experienced Managing Partner with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry, Marc is highly-skilled in recruiting, sales, account development, account management, candidate coaching and resume review. Managing the full recruitment life cycle, he is a proven expert in training and mentoring both sales and recruiting professionals at all experience levels.
Marc began his career in recruiting in 2008 and honed and perfected his craft during the toughest recession in modern years. Throughout his career in recruiting, Marc has had the opportunity to change the lives of hundreds if not thousands of candidates while helping to change the trajectory of his clients’ IT teams and initiatives. He spent nine years in recruitment for Harvey Nash both in London and New York City where, after moving to New York, he was responsible for technology staffing sales throughout Harvey Nash’s Tri-State region.
Since 2008, Marc has seen and experienced nearly ever scenario in recruiting which has prepared him to expect the unexpected. His tenacity and ability to connect with individuals of all levels allow him to build strong connections and make strategic recommendations that advance the careers of his candidates and elevate his clients to higher levels of success. Marc enjoys being the middle conduit between candidates who are improving their lives and careers as well as the lives of their families by seeking new positions. He realizes that ultimately, companies are their people, and he assists companies in fulfilling their missions and goals through the professionals they hire.
Marc spends his free time with his wife and friends, trying new wines, cooking and watching sports. He lives on the Upper West Side and holds a BSC in Business Commerce from The University of Birmingham in Birmingham, West Midlands.
