In 2018, Mary Claire joined Lucas Group as an Executive Search Consultant in the Sales & Marketing practice group. Focusing on Chicago and the Midwest, she expertly pairs leading sales & marketing talent with top employers throughout the region. Methodical and reliable, she has a keen understanding of the world of business and has quickly become an expert on many different industries. By providing a lot of structure to her recruiting methods, Mary Claire is able to prioritize her time and efficiently plan her day for success.
Mary Claire began her career with Equinox, while still finishing her undergraduate degree. Upon graduation, she showed a true career trajectory in a fast-paced business while managing a staff of more than 120 employees and being responsible for operational divisions on a P&L. With strong leadership exposure at a young age, Mary Claire decided to pursue sales and transitioned to a sales role with Equinox. Her background in customer service, fast-paced sales and operations have laid a strong foundation for her role at Lucas Group.
Passionate about fitness, the arts and her personal community, Mary Claire spends her free time participating in races and fitness events, attending various live music and entertainment performances as well as enjoys the company of her cat, friends and family. Mary Claire holds a B.S. in Marketing Communication and Business and Entrepreneurship from Columbia College Chicago.
