Meagen started with Lucas Group in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant and worked her way up to Office Manager and Military Conference Coordinator. She later assumed the additional role of Researcher which is when she decided to become an Account Executive in the Military Transition division. Her tenure with Lucas Group and deep understanding of the industry allowed her to hit the ground running in her new role. Knowing the ins and outs of the business, Meagen understands what it takes to succeed and is focused on making strategic matches for her candidates and clients. As an executive recruiter, Meagen feels a great sense of accomplishment when she is able to help veterans land the next step in their career. Meagen enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, gardening, swimming and attending the kids’ extracurricular activities. Meagen leads a life group with her husband and volunteers at church in the children’s ministries.
