Military veterans possess unparalleled leadership skills as well as other qualities that can be hard to find in civilians. With more than eight years in the Military division and being married to a veteran herself, Meagen Shockley truly understands how challenging it can be for military personnel to transition to civilian life. Passionate about helping veterans find ideal, post-military careers, she strives to match them to positions where they can use their unique skills to thrive and to elevate organizations.

Meagen started with Lucas Group in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant and worked her way up to Office Manager and Military Conference Coordinator.
