A graduate of Tulane University, Mike was the State Director for the Texas State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for 2015 and 2016, served as President of the Houston Chapter of SHRM, and holds a lifetime certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and continuously advocates for ethics and integrity.
