Senior PartnerPractice: Sales & Marketing
Location: Atlanta, GA
From plastics to metals, supply solutions to industrial services, finding the right B-to-B sales and marketing professional requires understanding the complex business cycle, dynamic market, and unique characteristics of the manufacturing industry. Senior Partner Nancy Neal specializes in helping industrial companies hire key leaders who will increase revenue, grow market share, and deliver impactful results.
A demonstrated specialist in executive search, Nancy has successfully served clients and candidates as a recruiting consultant for more than 13 years. Passionate about matching sales and marketing professionals to the companies, products, and cultures that best fit their experiences and career objectives, she exhibits a keen ability to remain focused on the big picture while providing expert management over the details of an often complicated and changing process.
Nancy’s candid and sincere approach to executive recruiting sets a high standard. She is committed to insightful inquiry and truly listening to her clients and candidates – both in terms of specific placement requirements and long-term aspirations. Her thoughtful and intelligent methodology results time and again in successful matches and continued partnerships.
Prior to serving the Industrial/Manufacturing market, Nancy recruited for commercial real estate, specifically placing sales and sales management professionals in acquisition, development, asset management, and leasing functions. She began her recruiting career at an Atlanta-based firm focused on real estate recruiting nearly a decade ago. Leveraging her notable commercial experience, Nancy’s hands-on, in-depth knowledge has been recognized with the achievement of Lucas Group’s President’s Club award for seven years after recently celebrating 10 years with the Lucas Group.
In 2002, Nancy relocated to Atlanta from southwest Florida, where she worked for the property management division of Naumann & Associates/Coldwell Banker. While there, she expertly managed business development, daily operations, marketing, and training, all while sharpening the attention to detail and focus on results that serves her clients and candidates so well today.
While Nancy thoroughly enjoys her executive recruiting career, she also relishes spending quiet time with her husband at their north Georgia cabin. Filling her days with hiking and picnicking with their German boxer, Nancy loves to curl up in the evenings with the latest David Baldacci or Sue Grafton novel.
