Heath Henson joins the full-service professional search firm as a strategic partner to shape human capital strategy

Henson brings an impressive track record of driving positive business outcomes, cost savings and performance improvements through his deep expertise in human capital solutions and commitment to strategic partnership.

Before joining Lucas Group, Henson served as Vice President, HR at Randstad NA, where he shaped human capital strategy in the areas of organizational alignment, talent acquisition, performance management, global relations, predictive analytics, and employee development and engagement for 20+ operating companies and business lines. Prior to Randstad, Henson was General Manager, HR, for Porsche Cars North America.

Henson received his MBA, Leadership Development from Brenau University and holds a BS in HR Management from Tennessee Technological University.

He has 20+ years of human resources experience at large global organizations across a wide range of industries, leading strategic partnerships that align human capital management, technology solutions and business intelligence.
