Atlanta, GA—March 3, 2020—Lucas Group, ranked sixth on Forbes’ Best Professional Recruiting Firms list for 2019, announced the continued growth of its contract HR practice with the opening of a new branch in Los Angeles. Alma Del Toro has joined Lucas Group to lead the new branch.

Del Toro will work closely with Michael Johnson, the Managing Partner of the Human Resources Division in Los Angeles. Together, they will continue to grow their successful executive search team in the area.

Led by Aram Lulla, General Manager of the Human Resources Division, the practice group has excelled at finding candidates with vast leadership experience. With the unemployment rate in Los Angeles hovering at 4.0%, the Los Angeles HR contract branch will connect businesses with a fully vetted network of professionals.

Del Toro comes from an extensive background in the recruiting space, having previously worked at Kelly Services, where she closed multimillion-dollar national accounts and led a team of recruiting managers as an Area Sales and Recruiting Manager in the greater Los Angeles area.

“With her 20-plus years of experience in human capital management, Alma will provide resourceful insight to clients and candidates to make strategic matches that will prove advantageous to both parties in the long term,” said Lulla.
