Lucas Group Promotes New Vice President, Marketing & Sales Enablement

Ann Reiling will guide Lucas Group’s marketing and sales enablement efforts, empowering Associates with the resources and efficient technology solutions they need for recruitment success.

Atlanta, GA – October 7, 2020 Lucas Group, the national executive recruiting firm ranked 5th on the Forbes “Best Professional Search Firm” list for 2020, announced that Ann Reiling has been promoted from Senior Managing Partner of Washington, D.C.’s Human Resources Search Practice to Vice President, Marketing and Sales Enablement. In her new role, Reiling will marry 15 years of in-the-field recruitment experience with her marketing and sales acumen to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans.

A key leader in the Washington, D.C. office, Reiling built a strong team culture that unified the office’s practice groups and drove recruitment success. In her new role, she’ll apply this same approach on a broader scale, ensuring a shared understanding of Lucas Group’s mission, values and company culture across the firm’s seven practice groups and 13 office locations.

Reiling joined Lucas Group in 2015, opening the firm’s Human Resources branch in Washington, D.C. She made it her mission to build strong connections with all of Lucas Group’s offices, traveling to meet Associates across the country, which gives her a deep understanding of the current opportunities for innovation and growth.

Prior to joining Lucas Group, Reiling began her recruiting career in 2005 with The Ford Agency, running a full desk and managing a team of recruiters. She holds a BA in Communication with a focus in Public Rhetoric and Discourse from the University of Maryland, College Park.
