Lucas Group Welcomes New Managing Partner for Manufacturing Practice Group

Ryan George to manage Manufacturing NYC Branch

 ATLANTA, Ga. (February 1, 2019) – Lucas Group, ranked third on Forbes’ Best Professional Recruiting Firms list for 2018, is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan George as Managing Partner for the Manufacturing branch in New York.
George joins Lucas Group with a strong and proven background in recruiting and executive search, having rapidly risen up the ranks at Madison Black USA in New York. After joining the company in 2015, he was promoted to multiple roles during a three-year span, elevating from Senior Consultant to Sales Team Manager in that time frame. Among his many accomplishments at Madison Black, Ryan helped build the team to $1.85 million in annual revenue for the Medical Communications practice and was the company-wide trainer for both Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) optimization and Xactly Commission Expense Accounting system.

Ryan attended The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he served as captain of the baseball team and graduated with a degree in Economics in 2010. Following college, he worked at Cintas Corporation in Cincinnati, OH, where he advanced from a Management Trainee to Sales Manager during a five-year period.
