As an Executive Senior Partner, Gina works with a wide variety of clients—small, boutique firms to Fortune 500 corporations—to find the legal talent they need to succeed. Gina recruits throughout most of the Southeast including in Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Chattanooga, Nashville and parts of Florida. She enjoys having the ability to help attorneys find new career opportunities that best suit their personal and professional goals.
Gina takes time to understand the cultures and intricacies of her clients in order to find the best fit both in hard skills and personality.
Gina has over 15 years in recruiting for national and regional law firms in Washington, D.C.; Chattanooga; Atlanta and Nashville. Her vast experience allows her to understand both the internal law firm side as well as the candidate side of recruiting, providing her the unique ability to better understand her clients’ needs. Gina’s experience together with her persistence and dedication see that she makes a direct, positive impact in the lives and businesses of her candidates and clients.
The mother of two young sons, Gina enjoys being active with her boys and volunteering throughout her community. Gina holds a B.S. in Psychology and Business from James Madison University.
