With an extensive career history practicing law, as well as serving as both the National Associate Practice Group Leader and a Principal in the Legal Division, Nicole Kennedy strategically partners with clients and candidates to help them achieve their respective goals.​

Prior to becoming an attorney recruiter, Nicole worked as a practicing lawyer, providing her with the necessary experience to appreciate the unique needs of her clients and candidates. Throughout her career, she settled multi-million dollar cases, managed a heavy docket and was one of the best negotiators at her firm. She also held firm management positions, which included the recruiting and training of new associates and laterals. Wanting to have a hand in assisting legal professionals and companies in elevating their careers and businesses, Nicole eventually made a career change to executive legal recruiting.​

As a seasoned legal recruiter, Nicole has had tremendous success placing her candidates at top Am Law firms, strong regional firms, boutiques, and high level in-house positions. She excels at building and maintaining close relationships with law firms, companies and candidates since she only works with the highest level of integrity. Client and candidate confidentiality is of the utmost importance to Nicole, and she understands that finding the best fit for both clients and candidates is what contributes to the long-term success of professionals and organizations. It is Nicole’s job to find those highest caliber attorneys who best suit the growing needs of firms and companies in a seamless and expeditious way.​

Nicole has been involved with the Texas Bar Association, the Junior League of Houston, Zoo Friends and the Houston Symphony League. She holds a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.​
