Throughout Allison Fox’s career, countless individuals have opened doors for her along the way. As an Executive Search Consultant, opening doors for others is now her career—something she is very passionate about.

Allison joined Lucas Group in 2018 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Human Resources practice. In her role, she specializes solely in facilitating the placements of top HR talent across industries and fields. She works one-on-one with her clients to find them the exact talent they need, and she partners with her candidates to secure new jobs aligned with their career aspirations.

Transparent and communicative, Allison gets in the trenches with her clients and candidates, diligently working to make mutually-beneficial, strategic placements. A true "connector," she leverages both the collaborative environment at Lucas Group and her own robust network to help people in every way she can. Her recruiting style is warm, professional and down-to-earth, and she continually expands her industry knowledge to provide a first-class experience for her candidates, clients and her colleagues.

Prior to recruiting, Allison was in journalism as a staff writer and later a freelance health, wellness and lifestyle reporter. Many internships later, she built connections within the New York media scene, which later made freelancing possible for her. Wanting to have a career that was better suited for her natural talents, she transitioned to recruiting and began her executive search career with a boutique firm in New York before coming to Lucas Group.

Allison holds a master’s degree with a health and science concentration from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY and a Bachelor of Arts in English and global studies from State University of New York at Binghamton.
