Maureen Reese is an East Coast based executive recruiter specializing in national accounting & finance searches, leveraging the world-renowned resources of Lucas Group. She is committed to building and sustaining trustworthy relationships and helping clients solve their most pressing hiring issues. To achieve this, she conducts in-depth diagnostics to precisely uncover each client's needs across all aspects of their businesses.

In December 2018, Maureen joined Lucas Group as an Executive Search Consultant and was promoted three times within two years to her current role as Executive Senior Partner.  Throughout her recruiting career, she has placed high-caliber professionals in many businesses ranging from Fortune 50 global corporations to small, hyper-growth startups from a wide array of industries including information services, media, technology, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, and global professional services firms.

Clients and candidates rely on Maureen's ability to understand their specific needs and strategize ways to ensure matches are made from both a skill set and cultural fit. Whether serving as a sounding board for clients going through business transformations or providing advice on retaining top talent, Maureen's objective is to provide clients and candidates with the information they need to make solid decisions.

Maureen began her career as a corporate spokesperson for global corporations and was an Emmy-nominated Screen Actors Guild actor in New York.  Maureen worked with individuals and organizations in education and finance on Wall Street, The White House in previous positions. She also served as an on-camera trainer for organizations such as the FBI, IRS, and the CIA.   Maureen holds a B.A. in Communications from North Carolina State University and continues to hone her skills at Harvard Business School’s Executive Training Program. She is a graduate of the Stanford Meisner Acting Program, the Actor's Studio at Lee Strasberg Theater Conservatory, and the Protocol School of Washington. She holds a certification in Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol and currently serves on the alumni board of the Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School in Washington, DC.

When she isn't working, you'll find Maureen rescuing animals, writing musicals, and riding horses.
