In 2018, Stephanie joined Lucas Group as an Executive Search Consultant specializing in the information technology space throughout the Houston metro area. An experienced recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry, she expertly pairs high-caliber IT talent with leading employers ranging from mid-sized companies to Fortune 500 corporations. Stephanie enjoys the fast-paced environment of the contract side of recruiting as well as the relationships she builds with candidates while placing them in roles that will elevate their careers.
Stephanie’s career in recruiting began in 2017 with Corestaff Services where her hard work and extra hours earned her a promotion after just four short months. Prior to recruiting, she spent two years with Hotel Zaza, a boutique hotel property in Houston, working as a Human Resources Coordinator. During that time, she developed her passion for staffing and recruiting and later transitioned to the executive recruiting industry. Stephanie’s experience combined with her work ethic and determination ensure she places the right individuals in the right positions each and every time.
A constant learner, Stephanie realizes the importance of always keeping her skills up to date and continuing to educate herself on the industry. She spends her free time hanging out with her dogs and husband, working with local dog rescue organization Chip N Snip and exploring new breweries. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston.
