Andi was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2009 and has adeptly built upon the firm’s solid foundation to enhance the company’s brand and strengthen its leadership position in the recruiting industry. She has brought in a dynamic new leadership team, emphasized unparalleled customer service, and invested in an extensive outreach program designed to bring new talent, new clients, and new energy to Lucas Group. And she’s able to do all of this while still being personally familiar with almost every one of the 400+ people in the firm, spread across fifteen offices.

Andi’s wide-ranging background provides her with a unique breadth and depth of personal and professional insight. Born in Connecticut, she spent considerable time growing up in St. Croix before returning to the States and living in upstate New York, Atlanta, and Dallas, Texas.
Upon joining Lucas Group, Andi immediately made an impact. She was the first female recruiter in the Sales and Marketing group. By the age of 21, Andi became a member of the prestigious President’s Club and a year later assumed the mantle of General Manager. As GM for Lucas Group’s Accounting and Finance unit, she grew the practice from one person to what is now the largest revenue-generating unit in the entire company. Throughout her tenure, she has been an integral part of the expansion of Lucas Group, opening several branches in major markets, leading teams responsible for acquisitions, and managing key strategic partnerships with clients.
But her financial and managerial success has not changed her belief in the importance of the individual. She reminds everyone in the company that recruiting is uniquely focused on human capital. As such, Andi treats Lucas Group clients, candidates, and associates with uncompromising personal attention. She believes in full disclosure; the Golden Rule; and the importance of exceeding—not simply meeting—expectations.
