With a diverse sales background and experience in building and managing sales teams, Carly uses her unique skill set to identify and secure top talent for her clients who will make a positive impact on their organizations for years to come.
Carly joined Lucas Group in 2015 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Sales & Marketing division, placing leading professionals in a wide range of high-level positions throughout the Chicago area. Resilient and transparent, Carly is able to build relationships with her candidates and clients to help make long-term, successful placements for both parties. Carly quickly made a significant impact at Lucas Group, assisting to build the highest fee her team has seen.
Prior to Lucas Group, Carly worked as a sales Manager with Enterprise Rent-a-Car where she earned MVP in sales multiple times and was chosen out of everyone in Orange County to run the “Exotics” branch dealing with the most high-end and lucrative accounts. With a passion for leading and cultivating teams to achieve success, Carly has consistently made a significant impact on every organization which whom she works and uses those same skills to catapult her executive recruiting career forward.
Carly uses her B.A. in Communications Studies from California State University, Long Beach to form strong relationships with her clients and candidates, leading them to positive, life-long decisions. Competitive in the office as well as in her personal life, she is involved in many poker organizations and aspires to be the first woman to win the World Series of Poker, Main Event. Cary is also involved in numerous animal rights organizations.
