With more than 20 years of sales experience, Cindy H. Richards has established herself as an expert and must know in the industry. Her extensive knowledge of the market combined with her sales expertise give her an edge over the competition and aid in her continued career success. Before joining Lucas Group, Cindy spent 16 years in sales with Hamco Atlanta. During her tenure there, she consistently increased sales while driving innovative business initiatives to improve the company’s bottom line. Prior to Hamco, Cindy was a recruiter with MSI and Beth McRae & Associates, sourcing Administrative Personnel with a focus on contract hires.
Wanting to return to her roots in recruiting, Cindy transitioned to Lucas Group in 2013, joining the firm as a Senior Executive Search Consultant in the Sales & Marketing division. In her role, she sources top sales and marketing professionals for a wide array of positions and industries throughout the US; she quickly made her mark at Lucas Group, bringing to the table a retained CFO search in her second month of employment. Cindy specializes in partnering with Fortune 100 to 500 Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies and providing them with the exceptional, transcendent sales and marketing talent they need. Through her keen instincts and a personal touch, Cindy strategically matches mid- to C-level executives with ideal positions to culminate in solid and lasting professional relationships.
Cindy studied Journalism at Western Carolina University. An avid tennis player, she sits on her tennis team’s SET committee which raises money for The Quinn House, an organization for homeless and abused women and children. The mom to three daughters, Cindy can usually be found attending their various events and functions and playing referee during any sibling rivalry disagreements.
