In 2019, Jessica joined the Sales and Marketing practice at Lucas Group as an Executive Search Consultant. Competitive, driven and motivated, she expertly pairs top candidates with leading employers throughout the Phoenix area. Jessica enjoys sourcing the candidate who meets every need for her client and the challenge of finding the ideal fit for both parties. Knowing each conversation is different and unique, she works to uncover the true motivations of her clients and candidates in order to satisfy their hiring and career goals.
Prior to Lucas Group, Jessica worked in operations management, underwriting and risk mitigation leadership as well as sales and hospitality. Throughout her career, she built an underwriting team from two employees to more than 200 associates in just two-and-a-half years. She also managed a business during the recession that was the only location to weather the storm based on brand and profit and loss management. Jessica’s extensive and diverse career background allows her to relate to her clients and truly identify what their needs are in a candidate.
With two young children, Jessica and her husband stay busy as coaches and managers for a soccer club. She is also involved in the West Valley Chamber of Commerce and the alumni group for the University of Missouri, where she earned a B.S. in Hospitality Management. She also holds an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix.
