Lisa Rossi came to Lucas Group in 2017 as an Executive Search Consultant in the HR practice group. With a background in HR technology, business development and resume writing, she brings in-depth industry knowledge and a robust network of HR talent. Sitting in New York and focusing on the northeast, Lisa works with leading employers throughout the region to identify HR talent for her clients, from small startups to Fortune employers and everything in between.
With a personal brand built on follow-through, transparency and authenticity, Lisa’s expertise is in developing reciprocated relationships and an overarching goal to create a world where everyone wins has been the secret to her success. Her expertise is in her passion for people, which empowers her to ask the right questions that lead to strategic, long-term matches for her clients and candidates.
Prior to Lucas Group, Lisa was a Business Development Manager for an HR tech startup company where she consulted with HR professionals to drive their employer brands to attract the best talent. Lisa has also spent the majority of her career as an Executive Resume Writer and mentor, supporting professionals in their career growth. This background in and passion for providing advice and building relationships naturally transitioned to recruiting, where she is able to merge her skills, industry expertise and network to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
