New, national structure positions Lucas Group as an industry leader for legal recruitment, placing best-in-class talent at all levels and specialties for law firms and corporations.

Carolyn Aberman leads the National In-House Practice Group. A former in-house attorney, Aberman has a deep understanding of the needs of corporate legal departments and the differences between in-house and law firm practice, ensuring mutually beneficial placements for her clients and candidates.

National Partner Practice Group leader Robin Wexler is a former clerk for the U.S. Tax Court, a former practicing attorney with 20 years of experience working in high-profile firms, and a former senior counsel for a leading financial services company. Wexler brings a practicing veteran’s perspective to complex lateral partner placements and has facilitated numerous highly recognized partner and group placements with multiple leading global and national law firms.

Nicole Kennedy leads the National Associate Practice Group, partnering with the largest and most reputable law firms in the world to recruit the best in class associates and counsel for lateral placement.
