The new workspace is intentionally designed to meet the needs of Lucas Group’s executive recruiters, offering quiet space for focused work and inviting community space for team collaboration. The office’s connection to the Galleria offers seamless work-life integration, providing easy access to top dining, retail and lifestyle amenities.

Teams can collaborate around the innovative brainstorming areas and then return to their focus space to execute the day’s priorities.”
In addition to a sought after location near the Galleria, the workplace is just steps from Hines Waterwall park, a multi-story sculptural fountain that provides quiet space for reflection during a busy workday. Teams can take a break from their desks with short, “walking meetings” through the park. Research shows that regular exercise during the day improves concentration, memory recall, and learning speed.

At the heart of the new office are two large conference rooms that double as a “Learning Center” with space for all Houston employees. The Houston team has nicknamed this space their “Living Room”, and plan on hosting traditions like their annual Cinco de Mayo celebration and Thanksgiving feast here.
