Transitioning from the military into the corporate world can be challenging. You’ve invested time, energy and resources into your military career, but transferring your skills and experience into the business market is not always easy. It requires aligning your military experience with company needs. It requires translating important, intangible skills into the reality of the marketplace. It requires knowledge of who is hiring and how you meet their requirements.
You deserve to work with a recruiter who recognizes your skill sets, challenges, needs and goals. The vast majority of our military recruiters are veterans themselves, and we understand how to define and find rewarding veteran jobs…because we’ve been where you are today.
The U.S. military trains and educates incredible leaders – professionals whom we assist in identifying outstanding civilian opportunities and building lasting career success. We work with military veterans to identify jobs and careers that match their skills and their aspirations. The goal is to always deliver a civilian job that leads to a lasting, rewarding career. Our military transition recruiters serve military job seekers the way you have served our country – with honor, skill and a commitment to results.
Four Ways to Work with Lucas Group
Transition from military service can be a challenge. You are retiring from one career and pursuing another. While you are no doubt being contacted by headhunters and job agencies, you need more than a list of companies and a form-letter resume. You need a consultative, knowledgeable partner who will effectively assist you in identifying – and landing – the best retired military job for you.
Lucas Group provides four different avenues for working with our recruiters. Depending on your specific situation and needs, we will recommend the best approach.

3. Navy Nuclear Virtual Hiring Conferences: These conferences are specifically for Navy Nuclear Officers, some of the most highly sought-after candidates in the market. These conferences are ideal to interview for positions in Leadership, Consulting and Engineering to name a few.
4. Individual Interviews: Our interviews are national in scope. These may take place via phone or video conference when scheduling conflicts do not permit participation in one of our hiring events or when the candidate pool is small due to job specifics or location.
